These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all sales and use of this Website www.creativeglams.com (“Website”) operated by Creative Glams (sole proprietor Claudia Galea), Malta.
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Information About Us

Creative Glams is a Malta-based handmade-gifting brand offering personalised products such as mugs, baubles, ornaments, cushions, and wedding or seasonal accessories.

2. Goods

“Goods” refers to all items displayed for sale on this Website.
Most products are handmade, and slight variations in colour, shape, or finish may occur. These differences are a natural characteristic of personalised, handmade items.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order:

1. Select your desired item, add any required personalisation details and “Add to Cart”.
2. Proceed to Checkout and enter the required billing, delivery details.
3. Choose your preferred delivery or collection option and complete payment.

Please review all personalisation details carefully before confirming. Once production begins, amendments may not be possible.

4. Acceptance of Order

After you submit your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance.
Acceptance occurs when we confirm your order and begin processing or dispatch.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

• an item is out of stock or unavailable,
• a pricing or listing error has occurred, or
• payment has not been successfully received.

If cancellation occurs after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Prices, VAT & Currency

All prices on the Website are listed in Euro (€) and include Maltese VAT where applicable.
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

6. Descriptions, Images & Errors

We strive for accuracy in descriptions and images, but minor differences in colour or design may occur due to material batches or display screens.
In case of a typographical, pricing, or availability error, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order with notice and full refund if already paid.

7. Processing Time, Delivery & Collection

Processing: Typical production takes 10–15 business days, extending during busy seasons (e.g. Christmas).
Delivery: Available across Malta and Gozo via registered courier, generally 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Collection: Mġarr collection is available by appointment only; Other location pickup points are available during the respective location opening hours. Location details are provided at checkout and resent after order completion.

Creative Glams is not liable for courier delays or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

8. Payment & Security

We accept secure payments through Stripe, BOV Mobile Pay, and Revolut Pay.
Creative Glams does not store or access your payment details.
All payment processing is encrypted and handled according to PCI DSS security standards.

9. Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade and personalised:

• Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where faulty or incorrect due to our error.
• Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
• Order cancellations are possible only before production begins.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.

10. Personalised & Handmade Items

We produce personalised items exactly as details are entered during checkout.
Creative Glams is not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, or wording provided by the customer.
Minor differences in positioning, colour shades, or finishes are inherent to the handmade process and not considered defects.

11. Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, graphics, text, layout, and other content on this Website are the intellectual property of Creative Glams or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, or use this content without prior written consent.

12. Website Use & Accounts

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
If you register for an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Maltese law.
Information such as your name, address, email, and order details are used solely for order processing and customer communication.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Maltese law, Creative Glams’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the Goods concerned.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to strikes, courier disruptions, extreme weather, pandemics, or government restrictions.

16. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Website may include links to external websites or payment processors. Creative Glams is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any contracts formed under them are governed by Maltese law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
