This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, delivered, or made available for collection.
By placing an order on www.creativeglams.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. Processing Time
All items are handmade and, in many cases, personalised.
Our standard processing time is 10 – 15 business days, depending on order size and season.
During peak periods (for example Christmas, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day), production may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive an email once your order has been completed and is ready for dispatch or collection.
2. Delivery Options – Malta & Gozo
We currently deliver only within Malta and Gozo.
Delivery is handled by trusted local couriers.
3. Collection Option
Customers may choose collection by appointment from Mgarr or collection from 3 third party locations in Attard, Qormi & Fgura, respectively.
Collection details for Mgarr pickup and the precise location will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is ready.
Please note that at certain times, collection may be contactless or handled by a representative if Claudia is unavailable.
4. Delivery Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a call or a message confirming:
In some cases, the courier may contact you directly by phone or SMS to arrange delivery.
5. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will normally attempt a re-delivery or contact you.
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages returned to us can be re-sent at your cost.
6. Delays & Peak Periods
While we always do our best to meet timelines, Creative Glams cannot be held liable for delays caused by:
We recommend placing seasonal orders early to avoid disappointment.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
All parcels are carefully packed to protect your handmade goods.
If your order arrives damaged:
We’ll investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
At present, we deliver only within Malta and Gozo.
We currently do not plan to expand international delivery options in future. Should there be any updates, these will be shared via our newsletter and social channels.
